Introduction: The French Pastry School is distinguished as one of the leading professional pastry schools in the country. Established in 1995, the school is owned by world renowned pastry chefs Jacquy Pfeiffer and Sebastien Canonne. The French Pastry School is dedicated to teaching the skills necessary for you to become a part of the growing and rewarding field of pastry.
